Welcome to Agency Revolution!  We are excited you are getting rolling!  Apparently you are stuck - and that's okay!  We are here to help.  Here is a quick overview of the page and a few items we thing might be helpful.

Once you have finished reading this article  - if you are still stuck - that's okay!  Simply click on the 'In App' support icon found in the upper right hand corner of your Agency Revolution product and someone will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Lets get started!

You'll notice that there are 'Required Steps' and 'Optional Configurations'.  

Depending on your Agency Management System, this could be 1-3 steps. Once these steps are complete - you will be able to set up and send Automations to the contacts that have been uploaded to the system.  

Here is an example of an AMS 360 set up:

First - make sure you name your list clearly - especially if you are setting up more than one list.

Second - details matter... every single one... so as you follow the set up steps make sure that instructions are followed EXACTLY - and extra space or '.' could be the difference between integration going smoothly or not.

Third - after the final step - expect it to take at least 4 hours during the initial download to get all the data from your agency management system into Agency Revolution.  It may take as long as 8 hours depending on the size of your database.

Once the 'Required Set Up' is complete - you will be able to setup Automations, send Manual Messages and run Nurturing Campaigns to your clients.

If you would like to use some of the more advance capabilities of the system - like running account rounding campaigns - you will need to go through a few of the 'Optional Configuration' Steps such as Mapping Policy Status.

Remember - one step at a time.  Start with the 'Required Set Up' and then we encourage you to send the 'Client Re-Engagement' Automation before moving on to 'Optional Configuration'.
